Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Operator.

  • This role involves ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of products to our customers, while maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • You will be responsible for conducting laboratory analysis to verify material conforms to product quality specifications, preparing Certificate of Analysis (CofA), and taking product QC samples as detailed in operations procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a relevant field, and relevant forklift experience.
  • Proven experience working within Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective improvements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced physical environment, often involving heavy lifting and movement of products.
