
Production Specialist

The Production Engineer role requires ensuring compliance with internal systems and relevant legislation. This includes providing support with day-to-day quality activities, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and site-level engineering inputs.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) systems.
- Support with quality assurance and control activities.
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives on-site.
- Provide site-level engineering inputs for plant and equipment.
- Perform engineering calculations for production requirements.
- Develop and implement production plans.
- Contribute to cost estimates and sales forecasts.
- Possess a tertiary qualification in mechanical, civil, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Hold practical experience in the prestress, precast, or reinforced concrete industry.
- Demonstrate project management skills, delivering projects from inception to completion.
- Understand process improvement and continuous improvement principles.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills under pressure, meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent customer focus and communication skills.
