Retail Banking Services Audit Manager
This key role requires a professional who can oversee the delivery of a valuable audit service to the business and its stakeholders. Key areas include delivering objective assurance on risk management, providing commercial insights to customers, and building a dynamic audit plan that captures emerging risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of an exceptional audit service to the business and its stakeholders, ensuring high-quality results and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Provide objective assurance on risk management to key customers, identifying areas of risk and making valuable recommendations for improvement.
- Commercial Insights: Develop and deliver commercial insights to customers, driving real value and supporting their business objectives.
- Audit Planning: Build a dynamic, risk-based audit plan that captures emerging risks and provides a framework for effective audit execution.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial services industry knowledge and experience in a risk or audit role. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive results, manage multiple deliverables, and build strong customer relationships based on credibility, rapport, and trust.
Requirements:- Financial Services Experience: Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of product and operational functions and regulatory obligations.
- Risk or Audit Role: Experience in a risk or audit role, with a focus on identifying and mitigating areas of risk and making valuable recommendations for improvement.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive results, manage multiple deliverables, and build strong customer relationships based on credibility, rapport, and trust.
- Commercial Insights: Ability to develop and deliver commercial insights to customers, driving real value and supporting their business objectives.
- Data Analytics and AI: Experience in leveraging data analytics and artificial intelligence for audit and risk purposes.
