Speech Therapist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within clinical and operational pathways.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and provide timely therapeutic services to clients
  • Deliver early intervention and parent coaching services for children aged 0-5, focusing on speech sounds, language development, feeding, and school-readiness skills
  • Assess and implement literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) interventions for school-aged children (5-18)
  • Provide functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management rehabilitation services for adults, including those with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury
  • Offer neuro-affirming supports to individuals of all ages, particularly those in the neurodivergent community
