Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management.
  • Work closely with our customers and the consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage project resources, risks, and contracts.

You will participate in steering committee and strategy meetings, run daily stand-ups as necessary, and provide reporting, invoicing, budgetary control, and governance. We utilize our proven project methodology to successfully deliver projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, SureStep, PMI.
  • Experience in the service/consulting industry with an understanding of the challenges in this field.
  • Ability to lead and motivate larger project teams, many of whom are working remotely.
  • Excellent presentation and conflict management skills.
  • The right to work in Australia.
