About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Operations Analyst to join our team at Talent International. As a key member of our security operations team, you will play a senior role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert
  • Implement and maintain essential security controls and mature our security posture
  • Collaborate with the site monitoring and reliability team to develop and implement incident response plans
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support knowledge sharing and process improvement
  • Automate processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Mentor and develop junior Cyber Analysts within the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in complex, fast-paced SOC environments, preferably in a large government or enterprise setting
  • Strong technical skills in vulnerability management, SIEM, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence
  • Advanced incident response capabilities and experience responding to major incidents
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, with a proven track record of developing junior staff
  • Experience with security automation and orchestration
  • Knowledge of Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and the Information Security Manual (ISM)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications
