We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Operations Analyst to join our team at Talent International. As a key member of our security operations team, you will play a senior role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and guidance as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert
- Implement and maintain essential security controls and mature our security posture
- Collaborate with the site monitoring and reliability team to develop and implement incident response plans
- Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships
- Develop and maintain documentation to support knowledge sharing and process improvement
- Automate processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Mentor and develop junior Cyber Analysts within the team
- Proven experience in complex, fast-paced SOC environments, preferably in a large government or enterprise setting
- Strong technical skills in vulnerability management, SIEM, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence
- Advanced incident response capabilities and experience responding to major incidents
- Leadership and mentoring experience, with a proven track record of developing junior staff
- Experience with security automation and orchestration
- Knowledge of Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and the Information Security Manual (ISM)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications
