Site Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the successful completion of construction projects across various sectors.

  • Liaise with clients to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Supervise construction teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Procure materials and services for each phase of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, designs, and drawings to support project decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain open communication channels and resolve conflicts.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
