Program Leadership

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing an ICT asset renewal technology upgrade program in partnership with corporate business areas and product managers.

The Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program, ensuring the delivery of technology upgrades on time and within budget.

  • Manage and deliver all related program and project management activities and products in accordance with PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and outcomes.
  • Consult and negotiate with clients, senior management, suppliers, other public sector agencies, and key stakeholders on the development and implementation of best practice, initiatives, and service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program.
  • Manage and deliver all related program and project management activities and products.

The successful candidate will have experience within the public sector and large complex government departments. They will also have a proven track record of successful program and/or project delivery using PRINCE2 and traditional and hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective engagement with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Deliverables: Successful completion of the program, including the delivery of technology upgrades and meeting of objectives and outcomes.
