Document Information Specialist

NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading client to recruit an experienced engineering information management professional. This role is essential to ensuring the client's engineering data, documentation, and systems are well-governed and fully support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee document control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
  • Support governance and continuous improvement of engineering information systems.
  • Manage user access and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Deliver training and guidance to project stakeholders.
  • Provide transactional and end-user support in line with project requirements.

Skills and Experience:
  • A solid background in document control or engineering information management.
  • An understanding of project management frameworks and their documentation requirements.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with systems such as Documentum, Meridian, Aconex, or SNEXT (or willingness to learn).
