Job Title: Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Attendants and Bartenders to join our team as either part-time or casual. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a vital role in our team, ensuring seamless events, functions, and restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Prepare cocktails and beverages to guests dining in our outlets.
  • Set up and prepare banquet venues according to event requirements and standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination during events and service.
  • Adhere to brand standards, policies, and health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation, and drive.
  • Be motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Have experience in hospitality and/or luxury environments preferred.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Present a professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand.
  • Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
