Food and Beverage Attendant/Bartender Opportunity at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time or casual Food and Beverage Attendants and Bartenders at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, a luxurious five-star hotel located in the heart of Broadbeach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Preparing cocktails and beverages to guests dining in our outlets.
  • Setting up and preparing banquet venues according to event requirements and standards.
  • Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service to exceed expectations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination during events and service.
  • Adhering to brand standards, policies, and health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation, and drive.
  • Motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in hospitality and/or luxury environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
