Job Title: Employment Lawyer

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our Legal Services Department.

  • Handling employment law matters in court.
  • Transactional/project support.
  • Ad hoc advisory work on the full range of employment matters.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

  • Acting as a trusted adviser on employment law matters.
  • Ability to handle a caseload with autonomy and good time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, particularly in managing a caseload, and be qualified with at least 5 years' PQE in a law firm or department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing employment law advice and support.
  • Managing employment tribunal litigation.
