Job Title: Transport Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's transportation department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage driver manifests, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Process driver manifests in a timely manner to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of company systems and update information as necessary.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of parts and provide support to workshop mechanics.
  • Perform daily scanning, filing, and archiving of relevant documents.
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders with document requests.
  • Respond promptly to queries related to job responsibilities.
  • Support reporting manager with administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure truck parts are managed within company guidelines.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to handle difficult customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
