We're seeking a clinical expert to join our team as we continue to transform patient lives.

As a Clinical Consultant, you'll partner closely with Territory Managers to drive procedural excellence and strategic account growth.

This role includes an on-call component to support after-hours/weekend procedures. Flexibility and responsiveness are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert clinical and technical support in procedure use.
  • Provide education and hands-on training for hospital staff across your region.
  • Work collaboratively with Territory Managers to drive adoption and support account growth.
  • Foster relationships with key clinical stakeholders.
  • Participate in an on-call roster to provide after-hours/weekend procedural support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in nursing, allied health, ICU, cath lab, or interventional radiology highly regarded.
  • Experience in clinical support or a hospital/procedural setting; medical device experience advantageous.
  • A commercial mindset – able to align clinical value with business goals.
  • Confident communicator and educator, able to influence clinical teams in high-stakes environments.
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-call support outside standard hours.
