Civil & Structural Field Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil & Structural Field Engineer to join our team in Gladstone. As a key member of our Owner's team, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site civil works, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of concrete foundations, underground services, drainage installation, and structural fabrication and installation.
  • Ensure contractors' schedules and budget constraints are considered while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless scope integration into the overall project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • On-site experience in construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project).

What We Offer:

  • $1000/day + super.
  • Monday to Friday (Gladstone local).
  • 2/1 roster considered for FIFO/DIDO.
  • 6 - 9 month contract opportunity.
