Marketplace Development Lead

MYOB is seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our Marketplace offerings. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of our product strategy and the ability to identify and recruit high-quality Marketplace partners. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS, application marketplace partnerships, and customer engagement. They will be responsible for collaborating with product teams to identify and onboard new partners, managing the portfolio of existing partners, and developing internal education and awareness plans. This role will play a key part in driving our product strategy and crafting a vibrant partner Marketplace that delivers value and champions innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and recruit partners that align with our Product Strategy
- Onboard new MYOB partners, including registration, content management, and integration testing
- Manage the portfolio of Partners, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support
- Develop and deliver internal education and awareness plans about the Marketplace to MYOB team members
- Drive awareness of partner solutions through MYOB's Partner channels and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of the Marketplace and our partners, finding opportunities for improvement
- Lead all aspects of change management activities related to Marketplace partners
- Foster a community of practice that promotes the Marketplace and builds valuable relationships
