Are you passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals? As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a thriving fitness community.
- Contribute to the growth of your club by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate high-quality sales leads through outreach, referrals and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales potential
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create exceptional member experiences through positive and personalised interactions
This role requires:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- The ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and drive success in their goals
- The capacity to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication skills - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others

- A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
