Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team at Novotel Surfers Paradise. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a relaxed, family-friendly environment and be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service experiences. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel with 200+ rooms, and is available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas, ensuring a quality customer service experience
- Change bed linen, make beds, clean bathrooms, and restock amenities according to brand standards
- Carry out allocated cleaning duties to achieve high standards throughout the hotel
- Transfer dirty linen, remove rubbish, and recycling, and ensure safe handling and use of chemicals

Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a hotel with 200+ rooms
- A can-do attitude, positive energy, and exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using a two-way radio and demonstrating excellent personal presentation
- Flexible availability to work on a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, school holidays, and overnight shifts when required
- Understanding of correct chemical usage, manual handling techniques, and safe work practices
