Our purpose-built facility is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged from infants to preschoolers. With a focus on play-based learning and holistic development, we offer a range of exciting activities that engage and inspire young minds.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the centre's operations, ensuring the delivery of a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for both children and educators.
- Recruit passionate and experienced educators who share our commitment to excellence.
- Lead and manage a team of passionate educators, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.
- Develop and implement innovative educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Build strong relationships with families, fostering open communication and collaboration to meet individual children's needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations of the centre.
- A competitive salary package ranging from $110k to $120k per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus superannuation.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing the best possible care for children.
