Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and training clients on software systems to ensure seamless adoption and optimal use.

This role involves optimizing implementation processes, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored training sessions to ensure system proficiency.

A key focus of this position is to deliver exceptional service to our clients while supporting the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement software systems effectively
  • Deliver excellent training sessions tailored to different client needs
  • Understand business processes and workflows
  • Provide professional and consultative approach
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver rapid outcomes
  • Adapt and learn new programs and systems
  • Familiarity with accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer training
  • Experience delivering software training in both onsite and remote settings
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
