Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance throughout the facility to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Educate team members on the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Liaise with management regarding contractor utilization, controlling costs while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience managing a maintenance function in a large complex.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Property Management System.
