Job Title: Quality and Systems Manager

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for quality and systems management?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality and Systems Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our strategic objectives.

As a Quality and Systems Manager, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating our Business (Quality) Management System with other key frameworks - including health and safety, environment, asset management, and information security - to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Conduct maturity assessments and management systems assurance and lead the development of a risk-based assurance plan to evaluate control effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee business performance reporting, including nonconformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Manage incident investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop, review, and maintain system procedures and documentation, while providing specialist quality support across Operations, Projects, and Enabling functions.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a comparable role, backed by a degree in Business, Quality, or a related discipline - or equivalent practical expertise. A lead auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 is essential, reflecting your deep understanding of integrated management systems and compliance standards.

Additionally, you will possess:

  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and stakeholders, clearly articulating quality standards, risks, and expectations across all levels.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, align quality goals with business objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Analytics and Problem-Solving Skills: Prioritise assurance activities based on risk to optimise resource allocation and strengthen organisational performance.
