As a seasoned outdoor design expert, this role involves bringing harmony to outdoor spaces through the installation and maintenance of hardscapes. Key responsibilities include installing pavers, tiles, natural stone, and limestone blocks, cutting, shaping, and polishing stones and bricks using machinery and hand tools, installation of metal edging, reading landscape design prints to determine materials and dimensions, executing the landscape construction plan with attention to elevations, and operating a variety of mechanical equipment including bobcats, backhoes, plate compactors, and jackhammers.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Install and maintain hardscapes in outdoor settings
  • Cut, shape, and polish stones and bricks for optimal appearance
  • Install metal edging to define hardscape areas
  • Read and interpret landscape design plans to ensure accurate execution
  • Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently


**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of standard construction practices and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with electricity, piping, and plumbing systems
  • 3-5 years of experience in hardscape and landscape installation (desired)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and execute blueprints accurately
  • Proficiency in operating skid-steer and mini-excavators
