Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement age-appropriate programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in young children.

  • To contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • To participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWC).
  • A thorough understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of supporting child development.
  • A team-player mentality, with a passion for working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
