We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager who can oversee daily financial operations and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes as per business policies and offer strong customer service.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets and logbooks for staff members, including drivers, and ensure timely payments.
  • Oversee daily transactions, general ledger entries, and financial operations using Xero accounting software.
  • Reconcile company credit card statements and manage toll and fine requirements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing and issuing invoices to customers.
  • Conduct end-of-month reconciliations and prepare profit and loss reports.
  • Process vehicle registrations on a quarterly basis and manage CTP and other insurance requirements.
  • Evaluate compliance with TAS Transport regulations and file electronic documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in all registration documentation.
  • Submit required documents to stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Maintain office supplies and stationery orders.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and perform general office tasks.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and system updates.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as required.
