About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Organization and Methods Analyst to join our team at Whoop Pty Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for analyzing existing operational workflows in freight forwarding and logistics to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to freight forwarding operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipping times, costs, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights to enhance service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align processes and optimize overall logistics performance.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for team members on new processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Project Management: Lead and support projects aimed at implementing new technologies and systems that enhance efficiency in freight forwarding operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in process analysis, organizational improvement, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Right to work in Australia.
