About the Job:

This role is responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of our service. As the Director of Service, you will be responsible for building a fantastic relationship with your school and partner on school events and community engagement. You will enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

You will foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight. You will manage and roster your team of passionate educators, manage compliance and medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build a fantastic relationship with your school and partner on school events and community engagement
2. Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day
3. Foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight
4. Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
5. Manage compliance and medical documentation
6. Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community
Service times: 6.45am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday + 6.75 admin hours per week.
