**Job Title: Stock Controller**
This is a critical role within our organization where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock control, including experience with stocktake, cycle counts, and supplier relationships. They will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess superior time management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing daily inventory reports and analyzing them to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Conducting regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Investigating all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time frames.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing all reports, stock adjustments, cycle count sheets, claims/resolutions, out of stock information.
- Ensuring that stock receipting accuracy is maintained.
- Processing customer orders, inquiries, and following up on any issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in stock control, including stocktake, cycle counts, and supplier relationships.
