Weekend Customer Service Representative

Fantastic culture with a supportive management team. No experience is needed as full training will be provided. This is a casual role, working on Saturdays only from 9am to 5pm.
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused receptionist to join our team at Essendon Isuzu and MG. If you're currently working, studying or looking to work extra hours, we'd love to hear from you.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have fantastic customer service skills, computer literacy and excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include greeting customers personally, answering phone enquiries, handling customer queries and concerns and assisting with administration tasks. We're looking for someone who is proactive, polite and professional with a friendly and helpful attitude.
