Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Podiatrist for a Full Time, Fixed Term, Maternity Leave position.

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north.

Services are provided through our five main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

About the Role:

The Podiatry Department is seeking a suitable qualified and experienced Podiatrist interested working in a hospital setting. This position will provide podiatry services across all Northern Health Sites but focused at the Bundoora campus. This role will be suitable for an experienced and newly graduated podiatrist.

This is a full-time fixed term role available until September 2026 covering maternity leave.

Our campuses offer services to a vastly diverse community at all stages of life across acute, subacute, ambulatory and community service and the Allied Health team provide a diverse clinical education program. If you currently work in a community or private practice role, and would like to experience a large dynamic and progressive podiatry service, please consider applying. There will also be an opportunity for interested podiatrists to progress with Podiatry Board of Australia Endorsement for Scheduled Medicines.

If you are graduating soon, please also consider applying. Northern Health has a dedicated new graduate program along with a profession specific clinical educator, to ensure your transition to practice is smooth.

• The knowledge and skills to provide high quality evidenced base clinical care in the acute setting
• Demonstrated client focus on the provision of care
• The knowledge to practice within relevant professional and ethical standards
