Electrical Team Leaders

We are seeking Electrical Team Leaders to join our team.

A leading integrated project delivery, engineering, maintenance, and services delivery business with over 3,000 personnel is looking for skilled professionals to work on various greenfields & brownfields projects and/or on shutdowns & maintenance campaigns.

The role involves providing leadership to project or shutdown teams while working on Australia's largest mining producers' sites, mentoring junior leaders and employees in technical and quality requirements, participating in planning of works with the Project or Shutdown Team, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes, carrying out prestart risk assessments and reviewing and authorising (sign off) JHA's, ensuring timesheets for services are completed and signed off by the client, overseeing performance of external contractors and suppliers, compiling work packs for project works, conducting regular audits on electrical activities and electrical installing works, ensuring all electrical statutory notices and certifications are completed, submitted, and recorded in accordance with legislation, building, monitoring, and improving Linkforce electrical specific quality systems, monitoring, recording, analysing, and reporting on performance indicators, and utilising, building, and maintaining a professional network to increase bid opportunities.

About You:
  • Demonstrate relevant Trade qualification.
  • Display experience in a supervisory position.
  • Hold Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (or Section 44 with aim to complete S26).
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects.
  • Have experience completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
  • Have experience in a multidisciplinary project or shutdown environment.
  • Be able to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on multiple projects.
  • Display flexibility and ability to work away as required.
  • Hold Construction White Card.
  • Hold current Australian Drivers Licence.
