As a strategic inventory leader, you will oversee the flow of stock through our network.

The key to success lies in balancing inventory strategies, rules, and thresholds to achieve optimal cost, inventory, availability, and network performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an effective range strategy that aligns with business priorities
  • Managing network range and stock flow to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing expert analysis and recommendations on network performance to inform business decisions
  • Planning and managing pick slots in distribution centers to optimize capacity utilization
  • Designing and implementing internal reporting tools to aid forecasting and management of DC reserve, inbound, and pick slot capacity
  • Collaborating with Buying, Planning, and Supply Planning teams to develop stock flow plans for key events
  • Working closely with DC teams to ensure accurate analyses and opportunities for supply chain optimization are implemented
  • Fostering partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to promote trust and awareness of the value proposition of the Replenishment team
  • Coaching and mentoring to develop a high-performance team culture and foster talent growth within the Replenishment Team
  • Driving continuous improvement by understanding and evaluating current processes end-to-end
  • Supporting the execution of Supply Chain projects in conjunction with DC teams

Requirements include:

  • A proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience at leadership level in Replenishment, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain, preferably in a retail environment
  • Complex problem-solving ability to identify process issues and conduct root cause analysis
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to facilitate prioritization and deliver positive outcomes
  • Experience working with large data sets to identify opportunities and risks
  • Knowledge of DC processes and flow paths
  • Highly analytical with keen attention to detail
