We aim to simplify the monitoring of distributed infrastructure, including content delivery networks (CDNs) and domain name system (DNS) providers.

Our team is working on a smart load-balancing platform that enables users to route traffic based on various parameters, such as real-user measurement (RUM) performance, uptime, geographic location (GEO), or custom code.

Currently, our team consists of one founder and four employees.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to lead our sales efforts and build a new sales department from scratch.

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Hiring and managing sales personnel
  • Developing and executing our sales strategy
  • Conducting outbound sales efforts
  • Meeting with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Overseeing the entire sales process at PerfOps

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • At least 1 year of experience working with CDNs and/or DNS systems
  • A good technical understanding of CDNs and DNS
  • Fluent English language skills
