We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to our company's distribution strategy for brokers across the State and the Region.

This role involves working closely with State Underwriters and Underwriting Managers to deliver co-ordinated distribution strategy, developing and maintaining a mid-market opportunity pipeline for a panel of brokers, achieving targets for new business growth and renewal retention via mid-market brokers as agreed, and opportunities to grow the portfolio in conjunction with Market Facing Underwriters.

  • 2 years experience in General Insurance underwriting or business development
  • Sales orientated with the ability to work in a high paced environment
  • High level of presentability, communication, and time management skills
  • Rapport and relationship building both within the company and with brokers
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
