Travel Coordinator Job

This role is for a highly skilled professional to assist the CEO's office with all aspects of travel coordination.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of global travel logistics, private aviation, and visa/international travel documentation requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including all transfers and both commercial and private aviation
  • Coordinate accommodations, visa applications, and required documentation for seamless international travel
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO's office and security personnel to assess needs, arrange protective services, and confidently brief external security providers
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive trip itineraries and documentation
  • Provide real-time support and rapid problem-solving in response to travel-related issues
