Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating complex travel itineraries for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate the best rates and services.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve our service offerings.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
  • Experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other travel technology platforms.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
