**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide coaching to riders of all levels and ages.
• Maintain accurate records of rider progress and provide regular feedback.
• Assist with lesson planning and preparation.
• Develop and implement training programs for riders.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals.

**Requirements:**

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in equestrian coaching or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong passion for equestrian sports and a commitment to providing exceptional coaching services.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
