Coaching positions available with immediate start due to an extensive wait list of over 160 new clients wanting riding lessons:
Trainee coach:
Significant equestrian knowledge and experience required. No prior coaching experience needed, but a strong desire for a career in instructing riders is a must
EA certified coach for weekdays (afternoon/evenings) (Saturday work also available):
Qualified at the Introductory level at minimum. Prior coaching experience at pony clubs or riding schools is preferable.
EA certified Saturday coach:
Prior coaching experience and pony club or riding school experience preferable.
Both positions allow individuals to grow their own client base, build weekly hours, and work with a team of like-minded coaches, stable hands, and exceptional horses.
Stable hands will prepare and turn out lesson horses, and our admin team will handle all bookings and organization, allowing coaches to focus on teaching riding
You must be willing to coach beginner riders (from those who have never sat on a horse to those learning to canter).
Attention to detail and high regard for safety are essential.
Opportunities to further your education in coaching and riding are available.
