As an Employment Services professional, you will be empowered to motivate and support our clients in achieving their employment goals, leveraging your strengths to drive positive outcomes.
A Day in the Life at Our Organization- Encouraging clients to find employment that aligns with their interests and abilities;
- Building strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment, leading to successful outcomes;
- Recording and documenting all activities to ensure compliance and contractual requirements;
- Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the employment process.
Essential Attributes:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or client services;
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve successful placements;
- Passion for empowering individuals and driving positive change in the community;
- Current Driver's License.
