Transform Lives as a Disability Employment Consultant

Are you passionate about empowering individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives? As a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Support participants to identify skills to become job ready
- Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhance participants employability through training and support service referrals
- Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
APM seeks driven, solution-focused individuals with a can-do approach and empathy towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment. Ideal backgrounds include sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration.
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
We provide full training to help you transition into Employment Services, ensuring you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this rewarding role.
