The role of the Head of Data Analytics involves spearheading data-driven decision making across multiple business areas. This key position drives the implementation of crucial projects and identifies opportunities for data to support business expansion.

About This Position:

  • Collaborate with various teams to discover data-driven opportunities.
  • Develop technical models that meet divisional requirements.
  • Support strategic initiatives by improving people, tools, and processes.
  • Cultivate and develop analytics talent within the organisation.
  • Upskill employees in data and analytics skills, particularly for major analytics projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with R/Python, advanced algorithms, SQL, and optimisation techniques.
  • GCP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management experience and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
