Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for turning complex data into clear and actionable insights. You will build dashboards and reports that support smarter decision-making, collaborate across teams to improve data consistency, and communicate insights in a way that's easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map Yarra Trams data to Transmodel standards
  • Analyse large, multi-source datasets to uncover insights
  • Develop and apply data quality metrics and standards
  • Build models, dashboards, and reports for OCMS stakeholders
  • Design and run A/B tests to evaluate strategies
  • Translate data into clear recommendations for all audiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in IT or data analysis roles
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience with XML and business process analysis
  • Ability to spot trends and patterns in complex data
  • Knowledge of data modelling and database design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
