About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations & Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at people2people. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Process incoming reservations and coordinate all transportation requirements for our guests.
  • Assist guests with requests and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance and service requests, as well as process accommodation invoices and administrative requisitions.
  • Ensure all consumables are stocked and assist with administration support as needed.
  • Liaise with the housekeeping team to ensure our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a reception, reservations, or administration role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and manage communications in a sensitive manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and coordination skills.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
