People2People is dedicated to partnering with a not-for-profit organization that prioritizes community engagement and support. We are currently in search of a dedicated Reservations & Accommodation Coordinator to deliver essential services to our guests.
Role Responsibilities
As a Reservations & Accommodation Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing reception duties
- Managing incoming reservation requests
- Welcoming guests and coordinating their transportation needs
- Addressing guest inquiries and requests
- Coordinating maintenance and service needs
- Processing accommodation invoices and administrative documents
- Maintaining stock of consumables
- Providing administrative support
- Handling incoming inquiries
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in reception, reservations, or administrative roles
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
