Job Opportunity: State Manager

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple regions and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and empower a team of Area Managers and their teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within a participant-focused service delivery model
  • Leverage systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive leadership and management experience in employment services, disability services, or a related human services field
  • Proven experience managing multiple regions or large teams, with strong people leadership and coaching capability
