We are seeking an experienced Clinical Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic and clinical advice regarding Aboriginal wellbeing, trauma and healing frameworks and their application in relation to problematic and harmful sexual behaviours.

This role involves working closely with the CYPSS team to develop key support, therapeutic practice, education and training for people working with children and families. You will also work together with other members of the CYPSS team to influence how services respond to children displaying problematic and harmful sexual behaviours.

The scope of this role includes providing cultural and therapeutic support for Aboriginal New Street clinicians across NSW, as well as participating in statewide cultural safety, workforce capacity building and system improvement projects.

You will have the opportunity to bring your skills, passion and cultural lens to help ensure the delivery of culturally safe programs that bring culture into therapeutic processes.
