Product Manager - Microsoft Dynamics Expert

Atturra is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our innovative software product based on the Microsoft Dynamics framework.

This role is critical in driving the product from inception through to licensing, ensuring its success in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and its ecosystem, as well as experience with Agile development methodologies.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the product roadmap, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking a product from conception to market successfully and will be able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, creating detailed product specifications
  • Manage the product backlog and work closely with development teams in an Agile environment
  • Define and track key performance metrics for the product
  • Oversee the product licensing process and strategy
  • Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating user feedback into product iterations
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics updates
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and competitors in the market, and based on market insights, suggest innovative features or pivot strategies
  • Ensure the product complies with all relevant laws, regulations and reporting requirements
  • Create materials and training to help the sales team understand and sell the product effectively
  • Present the product at conferences, webinars, industry events, as well as during client and prospective client meetings

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Based in Sydney/Brisbane/Canberra
  • Onsite
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required

What will make you successful in this role?

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software products
  • Proven track record of taking a product from conception to market successfully
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics framework and its ecosystem
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
