Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing restaurant operations, leading a team of crew members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations during peak periods, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of crew members, providing coaching and support to ensure they're equipped to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented restaurant environment.
  • Utilize strong time management and multi-tasking skills to prepare and serve food, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate others to achieve high standards.
