About the Role
  • Evaluate raw ingredients and accurately measure quantities for baking.
  • Mix, proof, divide, shape, and prepare doughs and pastries for baking.
  • Make and assemble fillings for various pastry items.
  • Manage oven settings and product appearance to determine optimal baking durations.
  • Shape, load, bake, remove, and cool baked goods such as bread, rolls, and pastries.
  • Apply glazes to sweet baked items and decorate cakes with icing, cream, or toppings.
  • Clean equipment and maintain a tidy workspace.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of level 3 certification in baking.
  • Experience working in a bakery environment.
  • A strong command of the English language.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to follow directions and work independently.
