Senior Service Manager

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of service professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Work closely with B&F Managers to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and consistency
  • Motivate and inspire team members to deliver their best
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
